A 15th century Manor House with a great view overSerra da Arrábida. Full of history, the chapel of Our Lady of Carmen was built in 1560 by D. Madalena Giron, 2nd duchess of Aveiro, due to the great devotion she had for Our Lady of Carmo, along with the construction of vast facilities for the accommodation of hunters and their mounts, during hunting season in Serra da Arrábida. The Manor House has over 41 hectares, with a panoramic view of Serra da Arrábida. Outside is a tent in which several weddings have been celebrated, as well as a BBQ area. There is a house attached to the main house, which has 2 suites, 1 toilet, living room and kitchenette. In the main house there is a hall with access to the outside of the building and a generously sized living room. In its entirety, the hall, lounge, and tent have a seating capacity for 300 people. The house has an equipped industrial kitchen, with several support and storage areas. On an upper floor, you can find 2 bedrooms, 3 suites, and 1 very bright living room with a view over the mountains and 15th century tiles. From it, you can access the upper part of the chapel.
