The project Deniz Istanbul of Kelesoglu Insaat is located in Beylikduzu. The project contains land area of 1.200.000 sqm. This vast residential area consists of three different parts named and a total of 5.100 residential units. These parts are called Kalyon Evleri delivered in April 2016, Mercan Konaklari I delivered in November 2017 and Mercan Konaklari II to be delivered in April 2018.
